Refund Policy
State Fees: Government filing fees are non-refundable once paid to state agencies, regardless of approval status.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before Filing: 100% refund of our service fees if cancellation occurs before document preparation begins
- After Preparation: 50% refund if cancellation occurs after document preparation but before filing
- After Filing: No refund of service fees after documents have been filed with state agencies
- Rejected Filings: We will refile at no additional cost if rejection is due to our error
- Dissatisfaction: Contact us within 30 days for service credit or resolution
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any documents and information you provide. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your information solely for the purpose of providing our services.
